Foreword​

The Access Management API 2.0 is included in Piano Analytics. In order to ensure a stability in the usage, here are the terms & conditions:

  • 1 000 users by default per organization ; Please contact the support center in order to upgrade; if you exceed this limit, the 403 error code will be returned. Make sure to delete users who no longer connect or are suspended before calling the Support Center.
  • 1 000 teams by default per organization; Please contact the support center in order to upgrade; if you exceed this limit, the 403 error code will be returned. Make sure to delete all teams that are no longer useful before calling the Support Center.
  • 100 requests per minute per IP adress; if you exceed the quota the 429 error code will be returned.
